Justparttime.co.uk is trading as Just PT limited. Just PT limited provides advertising service to its subscribers to advertise their part-time jobs, part-time services and part-time courses. This searchable directory is also available to the general public.

  1. DEFINITION

    In order to simplify these Conditions, it is useful to provide a definition for certain words and phrases. Where the following words or phrases are used in these Conditions, this is what is meant (unless the particular context clearly requires an alternative interpretation):
    “Jobs advertiser” – the company or person advertising its part-time jobs on the Justparttime site.
    “Services advertiser” – the company or person advertising its services on the Justparttime site.
    “Advertiser”“Jobs advertiser” and “Services Advertiser”

  2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

    Your access to and use the website is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

  3. REGISTRATION

    The website requires its advertisers to provide correct registration details to be eligible to use its Services. Advertiser must (i) provide website with accurate contact details, and (ii) be held responsible in reporting to website any and all changes to this information.

  4. ADVERTISER’S ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

    After the services of the Just PT Limited has been purchased, the advertiser’s email address will be used as communication, username and a password will be emailed promptly upon Membership payment confirmation. Upon registration, Members will receive their profile log in details, where they can access website. It is the responsibility of the Member to keep their username and password confidential so that no unauthorized person may access Member's site. Whilst the website makes every effort to ensure that the data added to the system is legitimate the website is not responsible for edits made to member’s content information without your consent due to reasons beyond website control. Member must notify the website immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.

  5. MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES (This is relevant to the “services advertiser”)

    Full details of the packages are contained on the website and may be varied from time to time All prices are subject to confirmation. All orders for services shall be deemed to be an offer by the advertiser to purchase services pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by Just PT limited. Just PT limited may choose not to accept an order for any reason.

  6. RIGHTS OF JUST PT LIMITED

    Justparttime reserves the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the Website at its discretion at any time. Justparttime reserves the right to withdraw any services from the Website at any time. Justparttime shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any services from the Website or for refusing to process an order.

  7. DELIVERY

    Each electronic submission of the advertising content by:

    • The jobs advertised to Just PT Limited will remain advertised on Justparttime site for up to 28 days from the Launch date (defined below) unless the “Jobs advertiser” selects the Pay As You Go option. In which the advertising content will remain advertised on the Justparttime site for the number of days selected.
    • The service advertised on the Justparttime site will remain advertised on the Justparttime site for the number of months requested, provided that payment is made and cleared.
    • Each posting of the advertising content to the JustParttime site will appear on the JustParttime site no later than 3 working Days, but delay may be unavoidable in any case Justparttime cannot take responsibility for any late supply.

    (Please note that Working days are defined as Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm, but excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom) after the submission of the advertising content by the advertiser. The first day of the advertising period is the day the advertising content is advertised on the Justparttime site for the first time and this date is termed as the “Launch Date”. Subject to the advertiser pre-paying the relevant fees, the advertisers (Jobs advertiser and Services advertiser) may extend the advertising period:

    • By a period of either 7 days, 14 days or 28 days, if it is a job advert
    • By a month or 12 months, if it is a service advert.

    In both situations, the process will involve sending an email to sales@justparttime.co.uk

    The advertiser will be liable for the fees payable to Just PT Limited for the advertising services in accordance with this agreement and the advertiser will pay the fees to Just PT Limited in accordance with the “Payment and Invoicing” section below.

    Just PT Limited shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Just PT Limited shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the advertiser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

    At all times, the “Advertisers” is solely responsible for submitting the advertising content to the Justparttime site which will then be posted. Just PT Limited will not be liable for or responsible for checking the advertising content to ensure that it is correct, accurate, complete or that it does not contain any errors. Just PT limited will not be liable for any errors, mistakes, or omissions made during the advertising contents submission, processing and/or posting for the advertising content to the Justparttime site.

    The “Advertisers” will keep the advertising content up to date and ensure it is correct at all times, including prior to submitting it to the Justparttime site. Just PT Limited is not responsible for misuse or theft of uploaded intellectual property, subscribers upload materials protected by intellectual property rights at their own risk and the website cannot take any responsibility in relation to such rights.

  8. PAYMENT INVOICING AND TERMINATION

    Just PT Limited uses the services of barclays ePDQ to carry out the billing process, which includes reoccurring monthly billing subscription process. Under the Just PT Limited subscriptions agreement you agree to pay Just PT Limited via ePDQ all charges at the prices then in effect for any services ordered by you or other persons (including your agents) using your Billing Account and authorise Just PT Limited to charge your chosen payment method for such services. You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. You will have one billing statement sent directly to your email address. If Just PT Limited does not receive payment from your Payment Method Provider, you agree to pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand. YOU MUST PROVIDE CURRENT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE SERVICES ORDERED. YOU MUST PROMPTLY UPDATE ALL INFORMATION TO KEEP YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT CURRENT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE (SUCH AS A CHANGE IN BILLING ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, OR CREDIT CARD EXPIRATION DATE), AND YOU MUST PROMPTLY NOTIFY JUST PT LIMITED IF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IS CANCELED (FOR EXAMPLE, FOR LOSS OR THEFT) OR IF YOU BECOME AWARE OF A POTENTIAL BREACH OF SECURITY, SUCH AS THE UNAUTHORISED DISCLOSURE OR USE OF YOUR USER NAME OR PASSWORD. IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE JUST PT LIMITED ANY OF THE FOREGOING INFORMATION, YOU AGREE THAT JUST PT LIMITED MAY CONTINUE CHARGING YOU FOR ANY SERVICE PROVIDED UNDER YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT, UNLESS YOU HAVE TERMINATED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR SUCH SERVICE. Your continued use of the products and services on your members account reaffirms that Just PT Limited is authorised to charge you for these services. Your charges for Just PT Limited subscription services are monthly or yearly in advance. Any other Products or Services you order through Just PT Limited may be payable in advance or in arrears and we will endeavour to make the process clear before you make any order. Just PT Limited will review the cost of membership and other products and services it provides from time to time. You will be informed of any price changes at least 30 days prior to the change being implemented. Just PT Limited will inform you of this change via the billing account email address that you have provided.

    • MISSED PAYMENTS
      If you miss a payment we will send you a reminder to pay the outstanding debt within 7 working days, if we do not receive payment we will suspend your account until Just PT Ltd receives payment.
    • YOUR RIGHT TO UNSUBSCRIBE
      You may unsubscribe for the Just PT Ltd service at any time for whatsoever reason. To unsubscribe notify us by sending an email to enquiries@justparttime.co.uk. We do not charge termination or cancellation charges. However you will be required to pay any outstanding debts owing to Just PT Ltd within 30 days. As a subscriber you pay for the service in advance and therefore your right to use the service will run to the next payment date, i.e. if you pay your fee on the 1st April and cancel on the 15th April your right to use the service will end on the 1st May.

  9. JUSTPARTTIME SITE AND THE ADVERTISING CONTENT

    Just PT Limited makes no representation or warranty that the whole or part of the Justparttime site will be accessible at all times, or useable by all users and/or advertisers, or error free.

    Just PT Limited reserves the right without notice to the advertiser, to suspend temporarily or alter the operation of the Justparttime site, for legal or technical reasons. Just PT Limited will try to give the advertiser as much notice where possible either by email or telephone or posting notice on the Justparttime site.

    The “Advertiser” will ensure the advertising content or any other information provided by the advertiser is legal, decent, honest, truthful, accurate and not misleading in any way and the advertiser will not use the Justparttime site for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

    The “Advertiser” will ensure the advertising content complies with all the applicable legislation, regulations, codes and guidelines applicable to such advertising content being advertised on the Justparttime site. The “Advertiser” will ensure the advertising content does not contain material that is obscene, blasphemous, defamatory, infringing on any rights of any third party or otherwise legally actionable by such third party.

    Just PT Limited will have sole control over the "look and feel" of the Justparttime Site, including the Advertising Content provided by the Advertiser to the Justparttime Site and the display, appearance and placement of the Parties' respective names and/or brands.

    The contents of the Website do not constitute advise and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

  10. EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES

    Employment agencies are bound by certain legislation including new regulations (the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2004). When posting jobs or forming agreements with Just PT Limited, you agree to fully comply with these regulations and any other legislation.

  11. CHANGES, DELETION BY THE ADVERTISER

    Just PT Limited may delete any advertising Content from the Justparttime Site or refuse to post any Advertising Content to the Justparttime Site if: The content of such an Advertising Content is not consistent with Just PT 's reasonable advertising standards from time to time in effect; Such Advertising Content does or is likely to breach any applicable law or regulation; The “Advertiser” has breached or threatened to breach the terms of this Agreement; or The content of any Advertising Content is obscene, blasphemous, defamatory, or infringes the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party.

    After the launch date, the “Advertisers” may delete any of the advertising content from the Justparttime site by sending an email to enquiries@justparttime.co.uk . In this event, the advertiser will remain subject to the full fees for such advertising content (unless otherwise agreed by the parties) and the advertiser will not be entitled to a refund of any fees pre-paid by the advertiser for such advertising content.

    Just PT Limited reserves the right to:
    Move, change the position of, or reduce or increase the size of any advertising content on the Justparttime site at any time if necessary or desirable for organisational or presentational reasons.

    Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. We will issue a notification of such changes.

  12. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

    Justparttime site may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites. Or for any damage or loss caused by visiting any third party.

  13. COPYRIGHT

    The contents of the Justparttime site are protected by international copyright laws and other intellectual property rights.

    The owner of these rights is Just PT Limited, its affiliates or other third party licensors.

    All product company names and logos mentioned in our Website are the trade marks, service marks or trading names of their respective owners, including us. You may not download material from this website. Additionally, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute, by any means or in any manner or information on or downloaded from our Website including but not limited to text, graphics, video, messages, code and or software without prior written consent.

    All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Justparttime site and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Justparttime site or otherwise used by the website as permitted by law.

  14. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    The Justparttime site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

    To the extent permitted by law, the Justparttime site will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.

    Just PT Limited makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.

    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of the website for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of the website or that of its employees or agents.

  15. INDEMNITY

    Just PT Limited, its subsidiaries, members, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents accepts no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect) in each case, the website caused, even if foreseeable. In circumstances where advertiser suffer loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the viewing, use or performance of the websites contents other than as a direct result of purchasing services (which shall be subject to the exclusions and limitation of liability set out in these Terms and Conditions).

    Just PT Limited, its subsidiaries, members, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents accepts no liability for this loss or damage (except where the website has been negligent) whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause and whether on the part of the website or our servants, agents or any other person or entity.

    If the Just PT Limited is liable to an advertiser for any reason, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the services concerned. This limit does not apply to any liability the website may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for our fraudulent misrepresentation.

    Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their computer systems meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use this website and are compatible with the website. Advertisers also understand that the website cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading from the website will be free from infection, viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties.

    Advertisers are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy their particular requirements for the accuracy of data input and outputs.

    You agree to indemnify and hold the website and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against the website arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website. Severance.

    If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

  16. GOVERNING LAW- ENGLAND & WALES

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  17. GENERAL

    Just PT Limited may assign, transfer or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions at any time. Just PT limited may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website, following which all use of the website will be governed by that version.

    Advertisers must check the terms and conditions on the website regularly. These terms and conditions together with the privacy policy, any order form and payment method instructions, if any, are the whole agreement between the advertiser and Just PT limited.

    The advertiser acknowledge that advertiser have not entered into this agreement in reliance upon any statement, warranty or representation made by Justparttime or any other person and advertiser irrevocably and unconditionally waive any rights to claim damages and/or to rescind these terms and conditions by reason of any misrepresentation (other than a fraudulent misrepresentation) that is not contained in the terms and conditions, privacy policy, order form and payment method instructions.

    If any provision or term of these terms and conditions shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision shall be divisible from the other terms and conditions and shall be deemed to be deleted from them. These terms and conditions and the use of our the Just PT Limited are governed by English law and Member submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. Except in respect of a payment obligation, neither Member nor [Just PT Limited] will be held liable for any failure to perform any obligation to the other due to causes beyond Member or [Just PT Limited] respective reasonable control.

    Failure or delay by either party enforcing an obligation or exercising a right under these terms and conditions does not constitute a waiver of that obligation or right. These terms and conditions do not confer any rights on any person or party (other than Member and/or us) pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.]
